Rather than only describing the room distribution or the build quality I expect potential buyers to be attracted by emotions. Descriptions are written in spanish, english and german. Houses are spaces in which we relax, enjoy and love; places to find and reflect our lifestyle and our desires.
For this reason, each house should be unique and special, a different place to meet ourself and our friends, and live. And this is for sure one of these houses.
Located in one of the densest forests of the Montgó natural park, right where the Iberians once lived, we find this unique house in which, through a subtle and perhaps unusual use of spaces, modern design has left its mark on the walls of a home that enjoys all the comforts to live.
Enjoying privileged views of both the mountains and the sea, the distribution at various heights offers a covered parking space, a wine cellar, an outdoor sunroom and a large swimming pool as well as a room with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor to accommodate our guests or host the independence of our children.
The main house consists of a bedroom with dressing room, bathroom and a large kitchen/dining room that will certainly surprise by its design, it also includes a terrace and solarium with access from the living room and bedroom as well as the pool via the external staircase.
The pellet stove in the outdoor living room that also houses the summer kitchen and the laundry room will keep us warm while we enjoy the views in its large window. The house is equipped with air conditioning on both floors to offer maximum comfort.
There are houses difficult to be described, words can’t tell the color, or the vitality, or the spirit that a home offers and this house is undoubtedly one of them.
Nestled in a quiet and peaceful area near the coast of Gandía we find on a plot of 10,100 square meters a villa open to nature and in symbiosis with the garden that surrounds it, thousands of plants shelter secret spaces for a gazebo, a fountain, the perfect breakfast terrace or a bench with views to languish in the autumn afternoons.
The large private pool, where loungers turn warm sun rays into a solarium space, is the indisputable option to chill out after a meal with friends in the summer kitchen/barbecue, a space on the upper floor that offers us views of the surrounding mountains that house an 11th-century castle and numerous routes that will delight walkers.
The kitchen and dining room, accessible from two terraces, is the prelude to the living room whose fireplace rivals the installation of central heating to offer maximum comfort while contemplating the garden. All rooms also have air conditioning, although the situation of the house practically guarantees the freshness of the breeze.
From each of the five bedrooms – three of them equipped with en-suite bathrooms – we have access to the surrounding terrace and therefore to the infinite world of colors and life that the private garden offers.
At the entrance, we have enough space to park four vehicles and it is also possible to access the interior parking of the plot from any of the two gates. After crossing the main entrance we also find a wooden house that can serve as a guest house or delighting children as a play space.
